Potato Crop is Progressing...
The months of May and June brought unseasonably cold and wet weather, delaying planting and emergence of potato crops throughout Idaho.
However, July has brought hot days and cool nights--ideal conditions for potato growth. Our great weather has helped our crop make up for time lost and overall it is shaping up to be another great harvest come September.
